Prenatal yoga is a wonderful benefit to pregnant people. This one hour class is a safe space for you to build community, alleviate pain, gain strength, connect to your inner self & baby, meditate, release tension, balance the emotions, strengthen intuition and more.
This class happens every last Sunday of the month at the same location and time.
4:30pm-5:30pm at Maitland Harmony Yoga about 15 minutes north of downtown Orlando.
If you have never done yoga before this class is for you.
If you have done yoga this class is for you.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester Welcome.
Just bring yourself, water, snacks, yoga mat, yoga props.
If you do not own a yoga mat or any props, don't worry, I will provide them for you.
If you cannot make it to the studio please email [email protected] with your name and I can provide you with a zoom link.
This class will be led by Gianna Chisari who has over 500hrs of yoga training and a specialization in prenatal yoga.
