This is a high-touch, women only event. Themes: Antidote to the energetic/emotional/mental effects of patriarchy. Feminine principles of heart, body, and ritual. Turning on receiving power. Heady/masculine oriented (masculine dominant as a coping mechanism) women learning to trust their heart/feminine. Feeling well and whole. Working with the mature feminine. Love. Emotional resiliency. Heart-brain coherence. Self-respect. Self-efficacy. Gentleness. Healing. Joy. Loving boundaries. Wounds of shame, humiliation, guilt, betrayal, feeling dirty, and feeling wrong are starting to be healed. Celestial Event: This moon is more popularly known as the Sturgeon Moon. Sturgeon fish is referred to as living fossils because their family of fish have existed for millions of years. The females especially can live up to 150 years. This is also the moon that marks when berries are ripe. What Is Included: This event is packed with heart work and integrity energy. We will be immersed in this feminine principle for the entire duration of our time together. We will begin right on time and until we say goodbye we will go deep into our own spirit to call forth our integrity. Expect to feel vulnerable, raw, open, touched, healed, and stirred. • We will go deep into our energetic heart to recover its full, well expression. • Spirit journey exercise to recover and mend soul wounding • Guided self-massage and body movement to aid with releasing and opening • Heart breath work designed to promote coherence and integrity • Anoint our bodies using sacred oils (homemade by me) designed to support intention. These oils are homemade, gathered, and brewed for 3 weeks by me. • Ritually drink an elixir (alcohol based) designed to strengthen hearts.
