The qualifying clause has been done away with? It is astonishing to me how many of you idiots who start rambling on about Heller seem to forget that the Heller decision indeed says it is an individual right, but that it is also subject to reasonable regulations. The SCOTUS also included that little point when they wrote Heller. Have you ever read Heller? Or are you simply one of those buffoons who likes to quote something they’ve never bothered to read?
