HELP ME LIVE! I am set for euthanasia 7/24, 6 pm! I have not done anything wrong…just STRESSED and struggling in kennel!! Adopter/Foster needed ASAP! Call ) to save my life: Hi, I'm Jenkins (My notes indicate that I can be with other dogs my size, but introductions should be gradual and supervised.). I’m a 2-year-old, neutered, red tick/tan Australian Cattle Dog (57.4 lbs.) My previous owner says: I'm playful, enjoy playing fetch, and love being petted. I was surrendered because a small dog in home did not get along with me. I am a friendly, affectionate boy that gives “kisses” and loves sitting on a lap. When I get a chance to go to the play yard, I like playing in the kiddie pool and running around with a toy in my mouth. I am energetic, and sometimes I jump up to get someone to play with me. I understand the “sit” command for taking treats and am polite when taking them. I don’t mind being brushed; in fact, I like it! I have shown little or no reactivity to other dogs at the shelter and can be easily redirected. The shelter is requiring me to go to a home with no small animals and no children. I will need a predictable routine, a lot of time to decompress and relax, and time to exercise and play. Can you save my life? Please come and meet me before it is too late, and they put me down!
