Property Management Company looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician or Handyman. We oversee 150+ scatter site rental units in Harford County and Baltimore County. Pay system can be by job or by hour, up for discussion, variable by quality, speed and reliability. Required: -Have relevant tools and reliable transportation -Able to pass a background review -Have liability insurance (we can assist if not) -2 years of minimum experience working in maintenance or handyman or other trades. Common property tasks are basic residential plumbing, electrical, and hvac maintenance and troubleshooting. Specialized or complex tasks would be referred to relevant professionals for follow-up work. Contact with best contact # and info on capabilities, background experience and related certs.
