A sound bath is a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
Bring a yoga mat, a towel or blanket to lay down on to fully receive the gift of sound. Bring water and feel free to bring a journal to write down any learnings afterwards.
