This ceremony will be a sacred space for community & healing. With guided meditation & sound therapy we will explore the Akashic Records together; tools will be provided to open the records individually for additional healing and guidance. Shortly after that we will practice hatha yoga, breath work and a beautiful Reiki infused chakra meditation. The ceremony will end with a Trust Circle, where everybody will have the opportunity to share their experience & create deeper connections. What are the Akashic Records? Linda Howe, the author of the incredibly informative book, “How to Read The Akashic Records,” describes them this way: The Akashic Records offer empowerment and transformation by lending us exactly the wisdom, guidance, and energetic support that we need in this lifetime.
