Calling yogi's of all ages and abilities! Weekly yoga with Hey Let's Yoga at Sloan's Lake, Thursdays 6:30pm. Just north of the parking lot located at 2201 N Stuart Street, adjacent to Sloan's Lake. There is a parking lot right at the end of 22nd where it meets Stuart Street at Sloan's Lake. You can see us just north of this small parking lot under the trees with yoga mats. Come practice next to Sloan's Lake, in the City of Denver, includes complimentary sunset mountain views. Enjoy a weekly rotation of local yoga teachers bringing you an all levels class, sometimes even with extra hands on assists (as available). The exchange for this offering is a sliding scale donation of $5-35, Venmo @serenabobena or bring cash. Please come prepared with a yoga mat (towel, blanket or what you got works), Cozy layers (shady with a chance of cool) water, sunnies, maybe a hat and an open mind. We will ease into an alignment based vinyasa style class, that combines breath and movement. This class is accessible to all, we work with you to find the right alignment for your body and practice. Stay for post class community gathering, a bring your own snacks and refreshments picnic! We keep it green, please bring any reusable plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and napkins you will need for your tasty treats. On occasion there will be some snacks for sharing. Register in advance for class, so that we may contact you with any class changes or last minute cancellations. We respect your privacy 100%. We look forward to practicing with you in nature!
