We really hate to do this but we just found out that our 1 year old German Shephard has Megaesophagus and we unfortunately are unable to handle the adjustments necessary to deal with this diagnosis. We would like to find her a home asap that would be able to dedicate the time to helping her cope with this diagnosis by feeding and giving her water in the upright position. There are chairs out there that can be made or even ordered to help with this. We have a 6 month old and the combination of dealing with the two is just too much for us. Please let us know if you know anyone that may be interested or some kind of group that would be able to take her in. She's a very sweet dog when she's got her full energy and we'd hate to have to put her down.
