We are a roofing and waterproofing company looking for a facilities manager. Duties: Ordering materials and keeping often used materials in stock. Keeping track, checking out, maintaining, and organizing materials and tools. Maintenance of vehicle fleet. Cleaning yard and facilities. Picking up and delivering tools / materials. Must have a drivers license and be able to be covered on our insurance. The ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred but not a must.
