Successful candidate will work in Residential and light commercial construction, performing insurance fire/water/vandalism projects. Seeking a qualified bags-on Lead Carpenter for framing through finish carpentry projects, supervising junior carpenters. Experience in all facets of construction; • Interior and exterior repairs • Kitchen and bath remodel • Rough and finish plumbing, electrical • Ceramic tile • Doors and Windows • Finish trim • Light framing • Supervising workers and sub-contractors, on multiple projects Must have reliable transportation (van or truck) and have own tools. Customer Service, supervisory responsibilities, and a can-do attitude are required. Work located all over the Bay Area.
