Did you adopt this cat in or after 2014?

Female spayed, 3 legged (missing back right leg), medium/long haired tortoiseshell. She was named Sophie back then, may have been adopted with a diluted calico female short haired cat (shown in picture). Ended up at the animal shelter in Pinole in late 2014 but may have been transferred for adoption to the one in Martinez, possible sent to rescue? may have even changed owners since then. She's microchipped and I can provide the number to confirm it's the same cat. I just want to know if she's okay, or even more than willing to adopt her if she's in need of a home. Any possible news, even if she's passed away already, would be so appreciated. I am still so heartbroken over her and think about her very often, I was able to track down her sister who's since passed away but they were separated at some point. Please don't message me to tell me what a horrible person I am, at the time I was going through a very hard time and had exhausted every other option. There hasn't been a single time I've thought of them since then that I have not been wrecked with guilt and wished I could have them back. I just want to know if she's okay.
