If you like any of the teas you try, there is additional exclusive tea from Taiwanese tea producers available for purchase. Jayme is a tea artist specializing in tea from Taiwan. Jayme's family grows high mountain oolong on Chi Lai Mountain in the center of Taiwan. As one of the very few women working in Taiwanese tea production, Jayme has become an expert, winning second place at a tea roasting competition. She distributes Taiwanese tea around the world (Germany, Sweden, Lithuania, Philippines, Mexico, U.K., Kuwait, Canada, USA), including a 3-star Michelin restaurant (Frantzén).
