Judging will be judged by the public on a scale from 1-10 upon the following characteristics: AppearanceFlavorTexturePresentation1st PLACE $250 GIFT CARD 2nd PLACE $100 GIFT CARD 3rd PLACE $50 GIFT CARD To enter, you must bring a minimum of 3 gallons of your homemade salsa, ready to serve. Salsa cannot be made on site. *Please note that each competing person/team will be responsible for bringing tortilla chips as well as table decorations if wanted. HDH-D will provide 6'tables, tasting cups, spoons, napkins. Contestants can get here as early as 9:30 AM to start setting up your booth. Please make sure you ready to serve at 12 PM noon.
