Vinyasa Fusion is an eclectic blend of Hatha and Vinyasa. Students can expect a unique moving meditation that creates an opportunity to become stronger, more flexible and balanced, while staying present in the moment. Class begins with moving the body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge strength and flexibility. As the class progresses, the postures begin to flow seamlessly into one another, uniting body, mind and breath. Each Vinyasa Fusion class is unique unto itself.
