General Labor and Sales

We are a growing construction company in Colorado Springs and we are looking for more team players. We specialize in roofing, stucco, painting, and fences. The general labor positions that are available right now are for fence installation. We are looking for someone who is motivated to build fences and sell jobs. You would be paid every Friday. Most work days are 8-10 hour days starting around 9am. On days that there are no fence jobs going on you would be canvassing neighborhoods in Colorado Springs with our team knocking doors to provide estimates and sell jobs. If you only did general labor you would be making $150 per day and sometimes $200 for longer days. If you make a sale for any job (roofing, stucco, painting, fences) you would make a percentage of the profit on that job. You get 30% of the profit just for making a sale and 40% if you manage the job. You can make over $100k a year working this job, our top sales guy is currently making around $15k a month. Also, if you are not interested in doing sales you are welcome to only apply for the general labor position, and if you are only interested in sales you are welcome to only apply for the sales position which is commission only. Sales experience and a construction background is a plus but is not required, we will train the right person. If you would like join our team give us a call to set up an interview.
