Vendors Needed for Back to School Health and Wellness Event

The first day of school is just around the corner and we know students are anticipating the start of a new school year, WE ARE HERE TO HELP! The 1st annual Back to School Health and Wealth Event is in person at IDTC Dental Clinic to help with FREE school supplies and services so every kid is ready for the first day of school with confidence. Structure All vendors/companies will need to register. All vendors/companies will need to register by completing the registration form by July29th, 2022. Which will be sent via email. Once you have completed registration; an agreement will be emailed to you. A designated area outside will be provided for all participating vendors/companies to display their products and or services once the agreement, donation and or school supply item has been confirmed. All vendors/companies are asked to bring their own table and chair. Set up time starts at 9:00 am to 9:30 am, break down time is from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm and event start time is 10:00 am and end at 1:00 pm. A designated area outside will be provided for all participating food trucks. Location: 838 S. Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051 All backpack, supplies and gift cards will need to be deliver to IDTC Career Center, 410 NW 11th St. Grand Prairie, TX 75050 School Supply List: 5 # 2 pencils, pencil sharpener with lid cover, canvas pencil case, 5 ink pens (black, red, & blue ink), 5 (primary colors) colored pencils, 3 highlighters, 4 paper pocket folders, non-toxic wax crayons, righty/lefty scissors, 4 art erasers, 2/1-subject notebooks, composition book, 2 glue sticks, & standard/metric ruler.
