Take the time to nourish your body, mind, and soul. This 75-minute Sunset Slow Flow Yoga practice will help slow your mind and bring you back into your body.
Vinyasa Flow yoga links breath to movement as a moving meditation. This practice will be accessible to all levels and modifications will be offered. Yoga practice will be guided by Tiffany Jade of Lavender Lotus Yoga and Tiffany Jade Soul Alignment.
Please bring a yoga mat (contact Tiffany in advance to borrow one). You are welcome to bring any yoga props you like to use, but props will not be necessary for this practice.

*We will start promptly at 6:30 pm. Gates close at 6:15 PM. You will need time to park and set up, so you are welcome to come as early as 5:30 to walk the labyrinth.
The temperature drops as the sun begins to set, so please bring layers for savasana.

Note for bee allergies: There are beehives present and bees among the lavender. It is your discretion whether you feel comfortable with this, but you will be required to bring an EpiPen if you have an allergy to bees.
