We'll gather just around the new and full moon for an open discussion along with intention setting. The main goals here are to reconnect with the self, build community, to grow, become more empowered, and rise beyond that which keeps us small or stuck. Each meeting will have a specific topic/goal and will be structured, it'll just depend on what the collective is needing most. Other activities may include guided meditation, breath work, journaling, small-group work, etc. We're all about mindfulness, self-awareness, intention, self-mastery and an openness to growth. Sharing is never required, but encouraged for greatest transformation. Please come with compassion, kindness and an open heart and mind. •"Doors open" at 6pm, we'll get started at 6:15. •Bring: notebook and pen, and a blanket or pillow to sit on (the space has hardwood floors). •Donations: I ask for a $10 minimum donation. It takes time and a lot of energy to prepare and run this group. Still, what is most important is that EVERY woman has access to this group.
