Description

This will be a fun, hour long yoga class that will be a great workout for both beginners and those more advanced in their practice. Lindsey is very skilled at tailoring her instruction to meet each person just where they are! Grab your friends, and make a morning of it with lunch and a mimosa at Palmer's after class! Bring your own mat, and plan on a super zen morning on the Palmer's patio. The class will start promptly at 9:45, and will go for a full hour. One mimosa per paticipant is included in the price!
