Experienced Electrical Mechanic Needed

I need an experienced electrical mechanic to take apart an electric bike rear hub motor with an internal controller and figure out why the throttle won't work, even with a new throttle. The PAS Sensor works but not the throttle. If you can get the throttle working, we'll remove the electric system from my bike and you can use it on whatever 26 x 1.75 - 2.25 inch bike you want to use it on. I will also consider paying you for upcoming electrical projects. I've been told Error 08 means the throttle is an issue but I've replaced the throttle once and nothing. First thing I want someone to take apart the throttle and try to find something wrong with it. Can't find anything wrong with throttle? Take apart the whole electric system which is attached to a rear wheel.
