I’m Tooch and I am an LTO instructor. Twerkout is a workout where you learn twerk moves! It helps build your technique and confidence. It’s great for beginners because we go over the moves step by step! It’s also great practice or a refresher for those who already know how! Bring your friends, partner, mom, workout buddy or family! It’s a great way to bond, learn something new or share laughs! We love beginners.. so don’t be shy. Both genders welcome! Adults ONLY 18+ wear comfortable clothes..must wear Sneakers! Knees pads will help but aren’t required! They are optional and will be avaiable at class on days they are needed. This class is in Sacramento. The class is held at 7324 folsom blvd. sacramento ca 95826 in suite A. class starts at 9pm-10pm. doors open at 8:55pm and close at 9:15pm for safety. If you come after 9:15pm please call to let us let you in. No refunds if you are late and come after doors are closed! some classes will be taught by special guest. call to see whos teaching the class you are attending!
