Join me for brunch and a real estate breakfast round table discussion at the Estancia Clubhouse (4000 Estancia Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543) on August 6, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This first event will provide an opportunity for local real estate professionals, investors and lenders to meet like minded people in their neighborhood to find out who in the area provides what services, discuss local real estate trends and find out how we can support each other in closing more deals. My background - I am a real estate attorney for Ghidotti Berger LLP and partner of Prestige National Title Services LLC. More importantly, real estate is my passion. I have been working in real estate since I was 19 years old. I started as an unlicensed marketing assistant and within a year I was a licensed commercial real estate sales associate. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Real Estate and Finance at FSU (Go Noles!), Juris Doctor at NSU and LL.M. in Real Property Development at UM. I have been a practicing attorney since 2014 during which time I have closed thousands of residential and commercial real property transactions across the State of Florida totaling in excess of $1B. I am also an experienced litigator.
