This is a fitness workshop, where you will learn the basics of proper form, stretching and nutrition. Three 30 minute session that give you the down and dirty on what and what not to do to get the best results!
For those who do not have a personal trainer, workout at home or just don’t know where to begin, this class is for you! You do not need to feel insecure, wondering if you are doing your exercises right and if you are going to see results. There are a few basic and very common reasons many women do not get the results. We will spend 30 minutes on each of these areas;
Proper form. Improper form does not allow you to recruit your muscles effectively.
This session will be focused on lower body proper form (pushups, back rows, shoulder press, triceps kickback, etc.)
Stretching. Stretching not only prepares the body, but it repairs the body allowing for more effective workouts
Nutrition. You cannot outwork a bad diet, learn how to eat to drive your results
The goal is for you to leave this class feeling more confident about navigation the gym and/or performing your at home workouts. Not only will you know how to perform a proper bicep curl to get those Michelle Obama arms, but you’ll feel amazing and know how to stretch your body to minimize soreness and maximize recovery. And you will finally know what to eat before/after your workouts and throughout the day, no matter what time you normally work out, to support your goals.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable athletic gear and sneakers
A towel and water (this is an actual workout, not a lecture….lol!)
Notebook and pen for nutrition tips
