Description

It's not uncommon for women to face issues that affect their safety, from sexual assaults to abuse emotionally and physically. This workshop isn't about learning overly complicated stretches and fancy movements that don't work. This workshop is designed to help women learn practical, usable, repeatable skills that can help save their lives. Griff will teach you how to use a martial arts approach, which takes years to master, but can be simplified for your understanding. The workshop's not about martial arts: it's about understanding violent crimes against women, the science of the human body, and finding a solution using instinctive, high-leverage tactics that anyone can do. This workshop aims to raise your awareness and ability to predict, identify, and avoid violent situations and the people who are planning them. *Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle *Please note participation is voluntary. You will be required to complete a Waiver and Release form.
