The Gastronomic Union of Tucson presents:  GUT Gone But Not Forgotten...  The chefs of GUT wax nostalgic for the restaurants and dishes that defined Tucson cuisine in years and decades past. Perhaps nothing gold stays, but for a night we can recapture some of the magic of our local favorites that have since closed for good. GUT Gone But Not Forgotten will take place at Mountain Oyster Club at 6400 E. El Dorado Circle in Tucson. Hors d’oeuvre and welcome cocktails will begin at 6 pm, with dinner service to begin at 6:30. Tickets are $105 plus applicable fees and include a welcome cocktail and wine or chefs’ choice of beverage pairings.
