Plumber recommendation please?

Can anyone please share your experiences with a plumber who is reasonable in price? I need an icemaker water line run behind a fridge with a cutoff above the floor. Currently there is a saddle valve in the basement tapping into the cold water line, but it has a plastic tube which used to run up through the floor. I want the new line to be braided steel so I don't know if the same saddle valve can be used or what. Thank you!
