The Back-to-School Kiddie Carnival, from 2-5 p.m. on August 18 at Kiddie Learning Center (South Parkway Location), will feature food from Rayford Hot Wings, along with face painting, balloon art, a bounces house, a petting zoo, an ice cream truck, and train rides. Waterford.org will be giving FREE back-to-school kits out to families with upcoming kindergarteners who sign up for Waterford Upstart (FREE at home learning program for pre-k learners). Kiddie Learning Center and Waterford’s partners and community organizations will also be offering resources to parents and caregivers to help families and support children with learning at home.
