Description
10th Annual Food For Families Fundraiser Crop Saturday, September 10, 2022 8 AM-8 PM Please join us for the 2022 crop to raise money for the Twin Valley Food Pantry and help us celebrate our 10th anniversary! The event has been a sellout for nine years, before we were so rudely interrupted by Covid. We loved hearing from our attendees that this was one of their favorite events! This year it will be right-sized with health and safety in mind, to accommodate only scrapbookers and scrapbook vendors. The public will not be invited to join the raffle/silent auction as in previous years. We will, however, have lots of raffle prizes for you! More opportunities to take home fabulous prizes, right? The volunteer team will be retiring after the event, but we would be thrilled to have younger members of our scrapbook family step up to take it over. We would love to turn over supplies, contacts, checklists, and introduce new event coordinator(s) to the Conestoga Mennonite Food Pantry team. Please message the team if you are interested, or talk with us on Saturday. Registration details: ● Saturday, 9/10/2022 8 AM-8 PM (continental breakfast, lunch and dinner included) $65.00 You may use PayPal, credit card, or check. If paying by check, you will be offered that option during the registration process by clicking on "Select other payment options". Raffle tickets: you can order them right with your registration, please see the drop-down option to copy the same name/address details as your registration, without needing to retype the information. You will not be able to complete registering more quickly, without populating these fields. Please note that the registration is not completed until payment is received by PayPal or by check. Please make a note now of the correct name/address now for checks and send to: Deborah Harry, Fundraiser Account PO Box 249 Elverson, PA 19250-0249 Event details: The registration process includes a place for you to list your preferred table-mates and to note any special requests. We will try to accommodate everyone with seating arrangements. This year all scrappers will be seated in the large community room room. If you have questions or concerns about the seating arrangements, please contact Liane Davis ([email protected], 610-291-0069). If the event is sold out when you visit the page, please add your name to the waitlist so we can contact you if someone cancels! Here are just a few of the plans for the day: Ideal space with lots of light, and each cropper will have a 6’ table. Power strips will be run to each table cluster. No steps to the crop room, plenty of parking. Carts available for loading/unloading. Fabulous vendors with must-have items to finish your pages and delightful selection of vendors. Lots of amazing prize chance items. Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks available all day. Best of all, we won't have to schedule a SNOW date this year! (But we may have to schedule a Hurricane Date as one of our proofreaders noted - checking into that and details will follow.) We always welcome offers of help and donations for the silent auction and raffle prizes. Together, let's make this a year to remember!
