The Four Rules of Confrontation © offer a strategic approach to managing challenging employees. Disagreement and differences in point of view are normal parts of being human. By practicing our approach in varied scenarios, we will identify strategies to develop consistent effective communication in challenging circumstances. These “rules” will also help alleviate avoidance behaviors and increase trust in communal solution development. Students will be able to release anxiety around conflict, and approach confrontation more confidently.
