Description

Participants will learn loom basics, how to dress a loom, weaving, finishing the edges and the structure of plain weave while creating a scarf using worsted weight wool yarn. Detailed instructions on wet finishing your project at home will be provided. Please bring 2 skeins of worsted weight wool. The shop has a large selection of wool to choose from as well if you’d rather wait until the day of class to pick something out. By the end of this workshop, you will have a beautiful finished scarf!
