Land Rover LR3 mechanic for ongoing maintenance and repair

Hello, I am looking for a Land Rover certified technician who works at a licensed shop and can help me maintain my LR3, which has been maintained in proper condition by consistent maintenance since it was new. It had either been covered by the factory warranty, me, or the extended warranty for its life; with the extended warranty being out, I need to take on the upcoming maintenance myself to keep the vehicle going. The goal is to keep going strong until late 2023. I have a place at our business where work can take place; jobs require a scanner, tools, and a lift when needed. We have several vehicles in our fleet and would like a solid mechanic to work with us independently to keep these vehicles in excellent condition. We pay $60 per hour with a $125 minimum payment for calls to service the vehicle or vehicles, regardless of how long it takes. E.g., swapping something simple or what have you. (it varies, it's a Land Rover)
