Need to Rehome or Help with training

i have a border collie lab mix 3 year old female dog. im at a point where i either have to get her trained to stop reacting when we go for walks or i have to find her a new home. She is too strong for me and its a nightmare to walk her peacefully. i dont have thousands of dollars to get her trained so im hoping someone can help me or help me find her a rescue place or shelter because she deserves the right home. im a little vision impaired and older and just dont have the energy she needs. shes great in the home but she needs a home with no children or other dogs until her issues are resolved. any help would be appreciated. thank you.
