A pleasant one bedroom apartment is available. The owner is offering the apartment and other benefits for a $0 per month rental arrangement. The applicant will instead be expected to provide approximately 20 hours per week of domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and similar duties. The apartment is an accessory apartment, located in an upscale suburb of Concord and Manchester NH. Our company is offering a compensation package valued at $31,000 to the chosen applicant. Benefits include private use of the apartment, board costs, personal use of a company vehicle, and a clothing grant. Shared use of the garage, yard, and other amenities is available. This will be a wonderful opportunity for the right tenant, who is able to provide part-time services as a butler or housekeeper in exchange for the rental cost of the apartment and other benefits! *Experience as a butler, housekeeper, or au pair is considered, but not required. Driver's License is required. *The main home is located in an upscale suburb of the Manchester/Concord area, and the Owner of the home is a well-to-do gentleman. *Applicants will be screened. The candidates will be screened using the following model: Applicants shall be organized, professional in nature and temperamentally either eager, passionate, or wise; a gentleman or lady. *Applicant will be expected to provide a flexible 20 hours of work per week in exchange for this package. Applicant will be expected to provide the following types of services: domestic tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, taking phone calls, shopping and other errands, scheduling, and occasionally chauffeuring.
