Hello, I’m a young spirited woman in my early forties that is also a mom and wife. I have Muscular Dystrophy and use a power wheelchair to get around. I used to be a social worker before becoming a stay at home mom (looking after my 6 yo daughter is not part of the job but we will be spending time together). Job duties include: basic shared housekeeping, help me get ready for bed which includes hygiene such as toothbrushing, face washing, brushing hair, etc. feeding me snacks/ meals, and giving meds with supervision. Since this is a night shift you can sleep during down time on a large blow up mattress that will be provided or a comfy couch. You’re also welcome to spend the whole night undisturbed off shift after 2am or you can leave when the shift ends. This is a perfect job for students or anyone who requires some downtime during their shift to complete homework/ projects. This is an entry level position and I’m willing to train the right person or experienced welcome to apply. Looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, detail oriented, comfortable around children and animals as I have a 6 yo daughter and a small dog also. Their care is not part of your job duties. This is a simple job that anyone can train for. I’m very social and fun to be around. I have references of previous employees that have enjoyed working for me. NO LIFTING, NO SHOWERING, NO BATHROOM HELP required. Requirements: Must have Drivers License and good driving record as you may need to drive my vehicle or your own if you’d like to/from the store if needed. No car required as you can drive mine. Shifts available: Sun- Thurs 8pm- 2am for a total of 30 hours weekly. There is also an option if would like to sleep on shift until morning to be paid for those hours. Pay is $15.50/ hr to start through my agency IHSS. However, I will be your only manager. Must be willing to sign up through a simple process.
