Look for house movers to move my stuff within the same apartment homes

So basically it's like moving from building 2 to building 5 within the same apartment homes. I have 2 moves: 1. July 24th (Sunday): move a full-size bed and a bed frame and that's it. I'll pay as 1-hour work if less than 1 hour. 2. 8.7 (Sunday): move my personal stuff. No furniture. Just around 9 moving boxes and 3 big suitcases.
