General Responsibilities: • Recording of job costing information correctly. • Learn to set up and operate the necessary equipment accurately and efficiently as required to complete orders. • Weed plotter cut and die cut parts of excess waste material. • Inspect and count finished products in an accurate and efficient manner, following the instructions of the work orders. • Keep written records necessary to provide accurate counts of parts and traceability of products. • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and the ability to understand work orders. • Document operations and tasks as instructed by supervisor. Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma Required. • Must pass required drug screen, background check and physical. • Minimum of 1-year related experience. Print production knowledge is very helpful. • Ability to work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule including the commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen, facilitate communication between production personnel while work is in process. • Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and supervisors. Physical Demands: • Good Manual Dexterity. • Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to fifty (40) pounds. • Requires handling materials weighing fifty (40) pounds while, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching while lifting.
