Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Experience: Supervising: 1 year (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations Primary Responsibilities 1. Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning all type of hard surface floors, windows, bathrooms, vacuum carpets and dusting for residential homes and commercial facilities. Cleaning of floors including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. 2. Carry equipment such as vacuum in and out of the business vehicle, homes and facilities. 3. Carry cleaning supplies such as cleaning caddy in and out of the business vehicle, homes or facilities. 4. Climb ladders minimum of three-steps to clean windows, cabinets and any area that requires the use of ladders. 5. Follow procedures for the use of chemical products and cleaning equipment. 6. Remove dust, paints and adhesive throughout the residential homes or facilities. 7. Take directions from the operations manager. 8. Report repairs and replacement of cleaning products and equipment to the operations manager. 9. Assists team members with cleaning tasks when needed. 10. Delegate work to the team members. 11. Serve as a liaison between the team members and management. 12. Train new team members. 13. Organize workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties. 14. Ensure that the assigned job is done in a timely manner. 15. Responsible for collecting and approving all team members time sheets and submitting them to the office at the end of the work week. 16. Track work progress and logging them into the “weekly cleaning task” form and submitting the completed form to the office. 17. Responsible for reporting any damages and or accidents incurred at the jobs sites to the operations manager in a timely manner. 18. Responsible for the safety of team members during work hours. 19. Check and conduct quality assurance for every residential homes or facilities. 20. Responsible for requesting supplies and equipment needed to perform cleaning tasks. 21. Ensure that team members comply with company guidelines and policies. 22. Resolve conflicts among team members. 23. Secure client’s keys. 24. Assists the driver to ensure that the business vehicle is safe, organized and clean. 25. Make recommendation or implement measures to increase productivity. 26. Motivate team members. 27. Perform other duties as assigned and based on business needs. 28. Responsible for power washing and carpet cleaning. Knowledge, skills and abilities 1. Ability to communicate clearly and in a positive manner. 2. Ability to pay attention to detail. 3. Customer service oriented. 4. Physically able to push vacuum cleaner for a minimum of 4 hours at a time. 5. Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk for a minimum of 4 hours at a time. 6. Ability to lift and set up a 50 lb. extension ladder with the help of another person. 7. Ability to climb a 24ft extension ladder. 8. Ability to lift minimum of 25 lbs. 9. Flexible to change schedules or routines. 10. Ability to work well with other team members. 11. Ability to problem solve, analyze and provide solutions. 12. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English. 13. Ability to deal with conflicts. 14. Customer service oriented. 15. Great planning and organization skills. Work Style 1. Display courtesy and politeness. 2. At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role. 2. Some experience with residential or janitorial cleaning. 3. Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps. 4. Job training provided
