What the January 6th Hearings have demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt is that Trump at the very least violated his oath to uphold the Constitution and to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and Domestic. At the most, they have demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt is that Trump committed crimes against the United States by calling for the insurrection and doing nothing about the insurrection for 3 hours after his supporters invaded the Capitol. Trump’s crimes are far worse than Nixon’s regarding Watergate. The Justice Department should should empanel a special Grand Jury and indict Trump for his crimes to show the world that not even a President is above the law.
