We are seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Manager with retail store experience to become a part of our team! You will manage incoming inventory and outgoing orders + daily warehouse operations/maintenance. Depending on the person, we have room for growth and further responsibilities and pay opportunity. Compensation: $20/hr to start, with review after 90 days for pay increase. 30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: -Warehouse maintenance -Retail store customer service and cash register experience -Ship small orders B2C as well as med-large wholesale orders B2B using Shipstation software daily -Coordinate distribution process with various departments. -Inventory control and reporting processes. -Inventory receiving processing and preparation. -Basic maintenance and daily upkeep of the warehouse. -Identify areas to optimize distribution and warehouse programs/efficiencies. -Driving for deliveries, pickups, errands as needed. -Frequent operation of forklift to move pallets Qualifications: -Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field Minimum 2-4 years experience -Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. -Experience driving forklift or willing/able to learn quickly. -Must work well under pressure and collaborate well with others -Ability to lift 50-75 pounds for stocking and order preparation. -Excellent shipping software skills: shipstation. -Excellent organizational skills and a knack for process efficiency a must. -Experience as a manager or supervisor. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Deadline and detail-oriented able to thrive in a fast-paced sometimes hectic environment to meet daily deadlines/goals -Excel proficiency a plus or ability to learn quickly, we use spreadsheets regularly for data entry and inventory management.
