Affiliated Building Maintenance is a full-service retail cleaning provider. We are currently seeking a night-shift parking lot sweeper. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, NO DUI, AND A CLEAN RECORD Experienced sweepers are encouraged to apply. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour BENEFITS (Available after 90 Days) • 401K • Health / Dental / Vision Insurance • Paid Vacation available after 1 Year EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS • Valid Arizona Driver’s license • Acceptable driving record for the last 39 months • Some sweepers are class D requiring a medical • Mechanically inclined – we train to affix minor repairs on the equipment • Proven safe work practices and operations PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: • Exposure to outside weather, including frequent hot and cold conditions, as well as exposure to fumes, vibrations, and airborne particles • Noise level is usually moderate • Requires the employee to sit, climb, bend, kneel, squat, and stand. As well as lifting and moving up to 50 pounds • The work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts, so employees will be required to follow Company mandated safety requirements.
