Davis- Bacon Construction Laborer/asst. Foreman needed. 30-40 per week. Great Pay and opportunity for advancement in construction management. Job Description: Maintaining the overall construction site within a an active hospital environment. Assisting the project superintendent with supervision of subcontractors and safety compliance. Availability to work occasional after hours shifts if required. Multiple types construction task will need to be performed such as misc. construction demolition, drywall patching, general jobsite clean-up, painting, steel stud framing, t-bar ceiling repairs, etc. -OSHA 30 required -EM 385 40 hour a plus - Commercial Hospital Construction experience a plus - Skilled in multiple trades -Safety orientated -Ability to read blueprints -Strong Organizational Skills -Professional Mindset -Team Orientated -Initiative to improve skills and knowledge -Pride and ownership of the jobsite - Job sites in San Diego, Loma Linda, Los Angeles. Occasional travel within Southern California may be required
