Im-Pres LLC is currently seeking vendor partners to assist with maintenance and repairs on bank and investor-owned properties. Duties include completing the requested items on a work order to our client's standards and taking complete and detailed photos documenting all work performed. Services to include but not limited to: • Board-ups • Lock changes/Lockboxes • Landscaping • Cleaning Services & Debris/Trash outs • Safety hazard abatement • Minor repairs • Major repairs • Evictions Services • Roof repair and tarping • Winterizations • Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping • Prepare Bids and Reports • Inspections • Etc We are looking for vendors in your area and would love an opportunity to speak with you about how we can work together to build a team and maximize the work available in your area!
