Must be available for on-call- Part-time maintenance work the month of August. Position starts Now. Position runs through August, however right person can stay on staff as on-call help if desired. This is a property maintance position for College Courtyard Apartments. Candidate must be able to patch and paint professionally, complete minor repairs, some plumbing, install dishwashers and kitchen sinks as needed and other maintenance work as needed. You must be able to work a minimum of 2 hours per day to a maximum of 8 hours per day, during the month of August. Candidate must be able to commit to working August 14 through 19th. References required. Nevada ID required. Transportation is necessary. Positive, healthy work ethic required.
