This technician works in support of our customers to bury and/or bore underground temporary networking cables to a home that have been placed by service technicians. This is accomplished through the use of company issued specialized trenching and boring machinery for situations involving sidewalks, driveways, and streets, along with, hand placement using hand tools where necessary. Due to the nature of the duties of this role, technicians are able to remain socially distant while working. Primary Responsibilities: Bury service lines minimum 6" to 18" depth with hand trenching when required and with drop plows and boring capabilities Read and understand existing underground facility locates Identify and locate unmarked utilities Restore job site to the original condition Responsible for damages Review all requested and existing services with the customer before installation of new lines Stick Bore knowledge and understanding
