Property inspections are completed on behalf of the mortgage companies. The primary duties of a Field Inspector is to locate, photograph, and inspect properties. We complete Occupancy verification inspections, Vacant property Inspections as well as specialty inspections such as damage inspections and business verification inspections. Inspection typically takes 5 minutes each. Examples of tasks required include determining whether the property is occupied or vacant, take 8-10 photos of property, determining utility status, and reporting observed damages if any. Experience is preferred but not required.
