Tremco/WTI is seeking self-motivated and hardworking individuals to full fill Cost Estimator roles. This is a work from home/remote position. Eligible individuals must be able to work independently and possess excellent time management skills. The Cost Estimator is responsible for developing accurate and complete proposals for our WTI General Contracting department. Benefits • 401K • Health Insurance • Paid time-off Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform quantity labor and material take-offs • Analyze project plans and specifications • Compare competitive trade bids • Review material usage on trade bids to ensure correct material coverage/usage rates. • Prepare complete and accurate detailed cost estimates/models. • Prepare complete and accurate proposals with adherence to the company's policies/procedures and contract agreements. • Collaborate with key personnel across various departments such as Construction Managers, Program Managers, Sales Representatives, and Field Technicians. Experience: • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school • Three-Five Years related experience and training (construction, commercial roofing systems, estimating) • RS Means experience • Line-Item Estimating • Excel a must
