Pull Permit& complete in-progress Bathroom and bedroom previously done

Description

(1) We need quotes from contractors who can pull the permit and complete the bathroom (pictures attached) (2) The previous bedroom was converted into two rooms a long time ago before we brought the house, a door frame was being put (pictures attached) - Code enforcement wants us to complete this conversion by pulling a permit. You are welcome to check the property anytime and provide quotes. (3) Also the house does not have central AC. We want someone to pull permit to put in the duct work, AC and the electrical needed for it. (We do know licensed AC people who can do the work as such but they do not have contractor license to pull the permit )
