Hi, The small courtyard pool needs to be brought back to operation (27’ x 10’). **the surface has to have the top coat material removed (Sco). An inexperienced person used Sco instead of plaster. **once the Sco is removed, pool needs to be tiled or plastered. **once the pool is ready to be filled, need to start up pump and make sure the mechanical operation is solid.
