Need to replace deck and railing

There are about 650 sq feet of deck needs to be replaced There are about 75 feet of railing small part of the deck is a little tilted, so need to shim it or adjust it. I can buy material. And just need someone to do it for me. Please let me know: 1) your experience, are you L/B/I 2) your tools and transportation ( Can you load material to site if needed) 3) When are you available to do the job? 4) Do you do it yourself or do you have help to assist you if needed?
